- Fashionvilla offers (free or paid) returns.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- Returned products must be unwashed and unworn with the original tag still attached.
- Excluding pierced jewellery, accessories, underwear, and swimwear for hygiene reasons.
- Jewellery can be returned if in a sealed and unopened packet.
- Proof of payment, such as a receipt, dispatch notice, or order confirmation should be returned with the item.
- Where possible items must be returned in their original packaging, if this isn’t possible please return in secure packaging with the tag still intact.

- You may return products tracked or untracked, although tracked is recommended to ensure safe delivery.
